This year (for 2022), the planning of the conference is particularly delicate – and the page on measures and conditions related to the COVID situation is continuously updated. In particular, we have added responses to inquiries we have received about what is planned in “worst case scenarios” etc.

For the first time in over two years, it was again possible to hold an on-site event of ERME : from August 23 to August 28, the YESS11 summer school was realised in Brixen/Bressanone in Northern Italy with more than 72 participants and 6 experts in presence, and 3 participants and 1 expert online.

First Announcement for CERME 12 in Bolzano published
CERME 12, the 12th congress of the European Society for Research in Mathematics Education will be hosted by the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano (in Italy) in February, 2-6, 2022 (with YERME day on February, 1/2).

The local chair will be Giorgio Bolondi with co-chair Federica Ferretti, the IPC chair will be Jeremy Hodgen with co-chair Eirini Geraniou. We thank the LOC for their flexibility with the dates which will hopefully allow us to organize the conference in the CERME spirit of three C’s, communication, cooperation, and collaboration.
